Our expertise spans cloud marketplaces, partner enablement, and revenue acceleration strategies tailored to emerging technology companies.
In addition to our work in the tech ecosystem, EJG Management provides practical, results-driven consulting services for small businesses in traditional trades—such as HVAC, plumbing, auto repair, and general contracting—helping them streamline operations, drive growth, and modernize their business processes.
Meet the Founder
Erik Garcia | Founder, EJG Management
Erik Garcia is a seasoned SaaS and B2B professional with over a decade of experience helping startups grow through strategic partnerships and cloud co-sell initiatives. He began his career at Adobe before moving into the startup world, where he held impactful roles at companies like Looker (acquired by Google for $2.6B). At Looker, Erik helped shape data analytics strategies for high-growth companies such as Good American, Shipt (acquired by Target), and Home Chef (acquired by Kroger).
Seeking a deeper understanding of the full customer journey, Erik transitioned to HackerRank as an Account Manager, where he led post-sales initiatives with enterprise clients like Stripe to optimize their developer hiring process. He later returned to sales, advising technology leaders including Snowflake, Fortinet, and Atlassian.
Erik’s most notable impact came during his time at NetApp, where he helped scale the Google Cloud co-sell business from $1M to over $30M in revenue. He was responsible for closing NetApp’s first-ever Private Offer on the Google Cloud Marketplace, laying the foundation for its cloud subscription revenue model.
Most recently, Erik joined WEKA to lead global cloud partnerships. His efforts resulted in strategic wins in the generative AI space and the development of Microsoft’s first joint Azure solution with WEKA.
